Saint Anselm College Description:

Founded in 1889, Saint Anselm College is a private, Catholic, liberal arts college located on the western edge of Manchester, New Hampshire. The 500-acre campus is about an hour from Boston. Saint Anselm students come from 31 states and 8 countries, and they can choose from 36 majors and 23 minors. Business and nursing are most popular. High achieving students should look into the Honors Program for an enhanced curriculum with opportunities for independent research and close work with faculty advisors. Academics are supported by a healthy 12 to 1 student / faculty ratio. With a largely residential student body, Saint Anselm's campus life is active with over 80 student clubs and associations. In athletics, the Saint Anselm Hawks compete in the NCAA Division II Northeast-10 Conference. The college fields 10 men's and 10 women's sports.
